We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 60 days after the receipt of the product.
If you are not happy about your purchase, 60 days from date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning item if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return.
Late or missing refunds
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
